•Join executive leadership for inbound commercial, partnership, and strategic meetings, providing context and shaping positioning in the room.
•Prepare tight, actionable executive briefings ahead of meetings and serve as a real-time thought partner that shapes narrative, flags risks, and sets clear next steps.
•Own follow-through after executive meetings by documenting commitments, routing action items, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
•Act as the primary qualification layer for inbound opportunities, applying rigorous judgment to determine which merits the company’s time and attention.
•Proactively scan the commercial landscape, identify emerging opportunities and competitive signals, synthesize intelligence into executive briefs, and build profiles of key prospect organizations.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or a commercial function where qualification, prioritization, and executive relationship management were core.
•Track record assessing commercial opportunities quickly and accurately, saying yes to the right fit, and closing out the wrong ones professionally.
•Polished and credible presence in senior-level settings, representing the company in executive meetings and high-stakes conversations.
•Ability to synthesize complex company or market context into crisp briefings and know when to lead versus listen.
•Comfort engaging on complex topics (AI infrastructure, edge computing, sovereign AI, defense, cybersecurity) and translating for technical and non-technical audiences.
