Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues with non-functioning manufacturing equipment.
  • •Dismantle, adjust, repair, install, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, and technical documentation.
  • •Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance; coordinate with equipment suppliers for service and repairs.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and interpret equipment and performance data to improve reliability, availability, and module performance.
  • •Document system failures, update equipment specifications, support experiments and configuration changes with Module Engineering, and ensure adherence to safety and procedural standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree or higher in a non-semiconductor-related field plus 1+ year of technical certification/trade school/technical training experience, or 2+ years of hands-on technical experience (including military technical experience).
  • •Associates degree in a STEM-related field, Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MET), Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Technical military training, certification, or equivalent experience demonstrating knowledge comparable to an Associates degree in a technical field.
  • •Experience maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment (preferred).
  • •Proficiency using hand tools, electrical meters, and calibration tools (preferred).
