Job Summary

Lead end-to-end customer integrations for Ethoca products from late sales through go-live. Own onboarding by gathering requirements, scoping, configuring systems, and running functional testing to prepare clients for production. Partner with Sales and Account Management with product and technical expertise during pre-sales and sales, run demos and training, and coordinate internal/external stakeholders while driving consultative integration solutions.

•Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, including requirements gathering, scoping, configuration, and functional testing to reach production readiness.
•Deliver a positive customer service experience by understanding and meeting customer needs quickly and professionally.
•Review customer/business processes and recommend integration solutions that improve customer and/or operational experience in a consultative way.
•Partner with Sales and Account Management by providing product and technical expertise during pre-sales and sales.
•Run online product demonstrations and customer training, and act as a conduit between internal and external stakeholders while managing expectations.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 109,000 - 158,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience implementing API/SFTP B2B technology solutions, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
•Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to build advocacy and drive others to a plan.
•Proven project management ability handling multiple complex projects, including soliciting requirements and building an execution plan.
•Direct customer-facing experience and comfort learning about customers’ businesses.
•Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and ensure configuration accuracy.
