Job Summary

Hybrid alternance role supporting the sales force for Samsung Climate & Heating in France. You will respond to written/phone inquiries from professional clients, create quotes in CRM, produce refrigeration diagrams, train the sales team on CRM, participate in regional and national trade shows, and collaborate with product teams to provide the best technical solutions. 24-month program based in Saint-Ouen.

Key Responsibilities

•Create quotes in the CRM and share documentation for studied projects
•Produce refrigeration diagrams using internal tools (DVM PRO)
•Train or support salespeople on the internal CRM tool (Sales Force)
•Participate in regional and national trade fairs organized by Samsung
•Follow up on quotes within a defined scope by the Commercial Manager

Key Requirements

•BAC+2/3 or Licence Pro / BTS FED Climatisation et du conditionnement d’air / Systèmes frigorifiques or BTS/DUT with a commercial vocation
•Autonomous, dynamic and customer-service oriented with good prioritization
•Team player, enthusiastic, rigorous and versatile
•Technical knowledge in climate control/heating and good IT skills (Office)
•English proficiency to communicate with the European Headquarters
