Key Responsibilities

•Drive delivery of cross-team programs supporting one or more Technical Solutions teams by coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines from kickoff through delivery.
•Translate program goals into clear, actionable plans and document scope, timeline, and quality expectations with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
•Establish and maintain program management fundamentals such as project trackers, status updates, and risk logs to keep stakeholders informed of progress and blockers.
•Identify unclear or incomplete requirements early and bring structure to ambiguous problems, escalating only when needed to keep execution on track.
•Use data to track milestones, surface risks, adjust plans as circumstances change, and communicate program status and impact clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years leading technical programs in a SaaS or technical environment, ideally with cross-team or cross-functional initiatives.
•Ability to drive moderately complex, cross-team initiatives independently with skills in project scoping, timeline management, and risk management; PMP, Agile training, or equivalent preferred.
•Experience tracking progress against metrics and using data to guide decisions, report status, and identify risks early.
•Strong communication skills for conveying program status and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
