Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver course content in an online environment for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • •Modify and accommodate Stride K12 lessons and assessments per IEP specifications
  • •Collect data and work samples to monitor progress toward IEP goals and objectives
  • •Maintain communication with parents and learning coaches, documenting interactions and interventions
  • •Provide engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and personalize instruction to support student success

Salary: 43,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree AND active State Special Education teaching license AND ability to clear required background check
  • •You must obtain additional Special Education licenses in a minimum of three states with up to five states preferred by your first day of employment as determined by Stride
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; PowerPoint
  • •Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms
  • •Strong written/verbal communication skills
