  • •Execute the CDM product roadmap, aligning investments with corporate and agency sales objectives and technology strategy.
  • •Lead modernization initiatives, including replacing legacy systems, consolidating platforms, automating workflows, and delivering AI-enabled capabilities.
  • •Oversee technology solutions for contract deal modeling and contract lifecycle activities, including execution, amendments, and implementation.
  • •Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery and requirements through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • •Hire, develop, and lead product owners and subject matter experts; manage backlogs and communicate strategy, progress, risks, and metrics to leadership.
