Lead daily store operations and deliver world-class consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. model. Oversee opening and closing procedures, educate the team on products and promotions, and drive daily sales targets to achieve company goals. Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize to meet store deadlines while supporting retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Oversee opening and closing procedures and educate the team on products and promotions.
•Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and ensure follow-up on daily activities to meet store deadlines.
•Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs, and cleanliness standards.
•Follow asset protection policies and collaborate with Store Management to improve key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of total retail experience, preferably with prior store leadership experience.
•Demonstrated leadership with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
•Proven written and verbal communication skills for store team, operations managers, District Managers, and corporate partners.
•Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
•Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
