Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the strategy, plans, and execution approach for the Group AI Platform across multiple teams.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights to strengthen delivery performance and operational outcomes.
  • •Engage and communicate with global stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
  • •Resolve issues and remove blockers, maintaining delivery on track and enabling successful outcomes.
  • •Provide programme reporting on milestones, RAID items, and financials (where applicable) to give visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of programme or project management experience, with strategy management experience preferred.
  • •Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across global teams and senior stakeholders.
  • •Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps with measurable outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Strong English communication skills and experience using Agile frameworks to manage delivery.
