Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish communication channels to manage stakeholder expectations and align material ordering and inventory strategy.
  • •Recommend and support mid- to long-term decisions on material strategy and material availability for local and global stakeholders.
  • •Set up inventory control procedures, monitor inventory levels, and implement computerized systems to optimize inventory processes.
  • •Assure material supply with optimized inventory levels and minimum deviation between planned and actual results, aligned with Finance and Global Supply Chain.
  • •Collaborate on project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources), lead and motivate project teams, manage dependencies, and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience at management level in supply chain, preferably manufacturing.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience working in a consulting firm.
  • •Data-driven, strong analytical skills to drive solutions to complex business problems and make hard trade-offs.
  • •Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred), plus strong stakeholder management and communication.
