Key Requirements

•Recently graduated or final-year student in Systems Engineering, Software, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields.
•Desirable prior experience via internships, pre-professional practices, technical support, monitoring, or technology areas.
•Basic knowledge of observability and application or infrastructure monitoring.
•Basic familiarity or strong interest in tools such as Grafana, dashboards, alerts, logs, and metrics.
•Desirable knowledge of incident management, tickets, N1 support, or operational environments.
