Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-create and advise on remuneration strategy in line with global HR vision and local legislation.
  • •Lead social dialogue and proactively manage relations with unions and supervisory boards within the Benelux.
  • •Ensure strict compliance with socio-legal legislation and advise on complex labor law issues.
  • •Lead Performance Management cycles to foster a culture of high performance and continuous development.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and regional management on governance of executive compensation and budgeting.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Law, HR or Business Economics
  • •Extensive senior experience in Reward, ideally in financial services or corporate environment
  • •Proven experience in social relations and negotiations with trade unions
  • •Proactive monitoring of socio-legal developments and translating complex legislation into strategic internal policies
  • •Strong knowledge of Belgian and Dutch social legislation and regional governance considerations
