Job Summary

Support Ripple’s US licensing program by preparing and filing state renewals, annual reports, and other maintenance submissions for licensed entities. Own end-to-end NMLS MSB Call Report preparation, support regulatory examinations, and coordinate cross-functional responses for information requests. Help maintain regulatory planning tools and calendars, conduct regulatory research, and contribute to internal playbooks and ad hoc licensing compliance projects—leveraging AI and workflow automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and submit state license renewal applications, annual reports, and maintenance filings, including surety bond renewals and change notifications across internal teams.
•Own end-to-end NMLS MSB Call Report preparation, including data capture, QA checks, submissions, and archival.
•Support regulatory examinations by managing information requests, coordinating cross-functionally to gather documentation, and drafting correspondence with senior team members.
•Support internal governance by preparing materials for board and committee meetings.
•Maintain regulatory planning tools and calendars (e.g., Asana, LogicGate) and contribute to process documentation, internal playbooks, and ad hoc compliance projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1–3+ years of background in compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, or financial services, with payments or digital assets experience advantageous.
•Familiarity with US money transmission licensing frameworks (state MTLs, NYDFS BitLicense) or trust company regulation.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; LogicGate experience is a plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (equivalent professional experience considered).
