Job Summary

Lead supplier relationship management and aviation fuel supply agreements while supporting global airline tender activity. Partner with sales, airports, and industry stakeholders to negotiate fuel and into-plane services, manage bids in the tender management system, and translate market dynamics into sourcing strategies. Perform contract evaluations and analytics, coordinate with logistics and trading/risk teams, and help optimize and grow the aviation fuel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage portfolio supply agreements, including supplier relationship management and development.
•Negotiate and coordinate purchase of fuel and into-plane services; perform annual contract evaluation and ad hoc analytics.
•Manage pricing, strategy, and analysis for commercial airline tender processes, including market analysis and financial returns.
•Oversee tender management end-to-end—quotes, multiple-round feedback, market intelligence, and finalizing awards with accurate sourcing details.
•Coordinate internally with Sales, Supply Logistics, and Trading/Risk teams and externally with suppliers, airports, M&O operators, and FBOs on operational and negotiation needs.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Commercial thinking with demonstrated initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills, managing complex information.
•Understanding of North America refined products procurement, supply and distribution, specifically jet fuel and the supply chain from production to into-wing delivery.
•Risk management and market pricing concepts, including financial return metrics to support growth decisions.
•Strong interpersonal and relationship/business development history, with comfort coordinating across suppliers and aviation stakeholders.
•Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA, etc.) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant aviation fuel supply, distribution and pricing experience with a proven track record.
