Key Responsibilities

•Own platform-level performance engineering and establish benchmarks across domains
•Ensure long-term architecture with HA, DR, graceful degradation and fault isolation
•Reduce on-call noise, automate repetitive tasks, and implement scalable patterns
•Provide cross-domain technical leadership across Control Plane, Storage & State, Edge & Agents, Data Pipeline, and Async & Metering
•Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to scope ambiguous problems and tie technical decisions to business outcomes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,000 - 295,000 annually
