Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve complex client servicing issues while delivering a strong client experience in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Coach other tellers and ensure efficient, accurate teller operations, including cash drawer balancing and transaction processing.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties such as scheduling, staffing issues, and observing/maintaining branch operational standards.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a banker for deeper discussions.
  • •Support compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit procedures; participate in huddles and debriefs and assist with onboarding and training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experienced cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork while managing multiple tasks.
