Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling, using mobile POS, fashion expertise, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and merchandising, while collaborating with teammates and maintaining service standards.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and meeting personal/team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including daily cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), plus climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
