Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet, greet, and acknowledge guests and members using facilities and services.
  • •Conduct high-quality inductions and health profiles, then prescribe programs based on goals and results.
  • •Plan and support delivery of existing and new class initiatives; ensure the group exercise timetable is updated.
  • •Track group exercise class utilization and attendance, and help develop innovative classes and programs.
  • •Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety, fire, and emergency procedures; report faults immediately.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a fitness professional.
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • •Degree in Sports & science or a related field (or National personal training certification—REP’s level A equivalent).
  • •Outstanding customer service skills with a welcoming, sociable personality.
  • •Ability to coach and motivate individuals to achieve their goals, build clientele, and support weekly personal training session targets.
