Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of all People systems.
  • •Drive automation and digital transformation across the employee lifecycle while improving data integrity.
  • •Ensure People systems remain scalable, integrated, user-friendly, and aligned to evolving business needs.
  • •Act as the technical subject matter expert to maximize value from People technology investments through continuous improvement and innovation.
  • •Lead integration, reporting, analytics, user experience/adoption, and vendor/release management for People platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience administering and developing enterprise HR systems.
  • •Oracle Fusion HR experience is essential.
  • •Experience with Talentera and BlueSky or Learning Management Systems is highly desirable.
  • •Experience designing workflows, automation, and system integrations, including leading HRIS implementation or optimisation projects.
