  • •Operate and maintain critical manufacturing equipment including paint booths and automated welding machines (4D).
  • •Ensure all work is performed under strict safety guidelines and Eaton’s Zero Incident Safety Culture.
  • •Follow detailed standard work instructions and procedures with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • •Monitor CTQ points during operation and perform visual inspections and tests to verify conformance to specifications.
  • •Troubleshoot and correct equipment or process abnormalities to minimize downtime, record production data, and participate in continuous improvement (lean, Kaizen, 5S).
