Job Summary

Design and govern secure, resilient DevSecOps and SRE architectures for cloud-native enterprise platforms. Build end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with shift-left security, implement Policy-as-Code guardrails, and establish Infrastructure as Code for secure provisioning. Own SRE strategy and operating model (SLI/SLO/SLA, error budgets), deliver observability and incident response improvements, and drive reliability through automation, zero trust, and resilience testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement end-to-end DevSecOps pipelines embedding shift-left security (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST) into CI/CD workflows.
•Define Policy-as-Code and security guardrails across cloud infrastructure using tools such as OPA or Azure Policy.
•Architect Infrastructure as Code frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep) for secure cloud environment provisioning and governance.
•Define and own the organization's SRE strategy and operating model, including SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks and error budget policies.
•Design observability architectures, lead incident management and RCA/post-mortems, and drive improvements to reduce MTTR and recurrence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•5-10 years of total industry experience, with 3+ years in a DevSecOps or SRE Lead role.
•Proven track record leading large-scale cloud-native transformation programs.
•Certification of Cloud Platform and Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and certification of DevOps tools.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
