Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, or Welding Engineering.
  • •More than 10 years of experience with oil field materials and oil and gas equipment manufacturing, including NDT, PWHT, and quality control processes.
  • •Knowledge of pipe welding and fabrication welding practices per international codes and standards (e.g., ASME sections, API, NACE, DNV).
  • •Strong experience with CRA material welding, CRA cladded pipe welding, procedure development, and tin-indium inlay processes.
  • •Able to lead productivity and yield improvements using automated welding processes and lean manufacturing setup, with strong communication, presentation, analytical, and cross-functional skills.
