Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee new and existing equipment, including hardware and software upgrades.
  • •Configure and maintain networks for smooth, reliable operations.
  • •Manage installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain VOIP phone systems, including phone servers and phones.
