Own the FP&A budgeting cycle and evolving rolling forecasts, building investor-ready, driver-based three-statement models. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the three-phase budget approach (preparation, top-down, deep-dive) and govern budgeting and rolling forecasts.
•Build and maintain a centralized dynamic three-statement model with driver-based budgeting integrated to the business plan.
•Manage official quarterly forecasting processes and establish templates/timelines for Finance Business Partners, including lessons learned to improve accuracy.
•Maintain an IPO-ready 5-year business plan and act as technical lead for IPO due diligence by providing advisor-ready financial data and reconciliations.
•Perform weekly/monthly variance analysis and design monthly performance intelligence packages integrating P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet data, while supporting data integrity and automating reporting via Tableau.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance with a track record in complex financial modeling.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CFA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
•Advanced Excel skills and ability to build integrated 3-statement models.
•Experience with Tableau and ERP systems (such as SAP) is essential.
•Ability to challenge assumptions, align with Finance Business Partners, and deliver accurate reporting under tight timelines.
