Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and organize new shipments, ensuring items are properly labeled/tagged and stocked in designated areas.
  • •Maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the backroom through coaching, training, and accountability.
  • •Keep the stockroom organized and tidy, arranging footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking.
  • •Assist with regular inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records and avoid discrepancies.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, loyalty program execution, and cleanliness/recovery standards.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of total retail and stockroom experience; prior store leadership roles are preferred.
  • •Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
  • •Excitement for retail and sales, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and team members.
