•Lead customer onboarding delivery by managing timelines and coordinating internal teams.
•Review, analyze, interpret, and transform complex financial datasets for import into the platform.
•Advise enterprise customers on optimal data structures for both onboarding needs and long-term platform performance.
•Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-risk onboarding challenges.
•Own process improvements, tool enhancements, documentation updates, and build AI-supported workflows for recurring onboarding activities.
