Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a Manager Capability Framework defining success for managers at Kraft Heinz.
  • •Design and deliver a Manager Effectiveness Roadmap to create a progressive, impactful manager experience.
  • •Create and implement a measurement strategy with clear performance indicators in partnership with People Analytics and Learning & Development.
  • •Lead enablement efforts for managers across the People Cycle, building resources and tools throughout each stage.
  • •Provide oversight of the New Manager Program and continuously evolve it to improve onboarding and development experiences.
