Lead ERP transformation presales for Dynamics 365, shaping end-to-end ERP solutions across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain while integrating Power Platform and Copilot. Own strategic Pursuit from early qualification to offers, align executive stakeholders, craft compelling value propositions, and collaborate with sales, solution design and delivery to create credible project starts and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Steer strategic, high-visibility sales opportunities from early qualification to successful proposal closure and shape the customer vision for ERP transformation.
•Design and articulate modern Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions, integrating Power Platform and Copilot to address end-to-end ERP transformations and complex integration/migration requirements.
•Collaborate across sales, solution design and delivery with leadership and cross-functional teams to actively shape opportunities and lay the foundation for credible project starts.
•Moderate discovery workshops, develop value-driven narratives and communicate compellingly with senior stakeholders in English and local languages as needed.
•Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Avanade's ERP offering through Thought Leadership, reusable assets and strong market positioning.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and deep understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes in Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
•Experience guiding complex, stakeholder-driven sales cycles and developing solutions that convincingly address customer needs.
•Strong ability to moderating discovery workshops, developing value-driven narratives and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders in English (and local language if needed).
•Ability to connect knowledge of Power Platform, integration patterns and delivery aspects with how deals are qualified, scoped and handed over to delivery.
•Proactive, curious, team-oriented and capable of influencing without formal authority; translating new D365 and Copilot features into tangible customer value.
