Key Responsibilities

  • •Steer strategic, high-visibility sales opportunities from early qualification to successful proposal closure and shape the customer vision for ERP transformation.
  • •Design and articulate modern Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions, integrating Power Platform and Copilot to address end-to-end ERP transformations and complex integration/migration requirements.
  • •Collaborate across sales, solution design and delivery with leadership and cross-functional teams to actively shape opportunities and lay the foundation for credible project starts.
  • •Moderate discovery workshops, develop value-driven narratives and communicate compellingly with senior stakeholders in English and local languages as needed.
  • •Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Avanade's ERP offering through Thought Leadership, reusable assets and strong market positioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and deep understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes in Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
  • •Experience guiding complex, stakeholder-driven sales cycles and developing solutions that convincingly address customer needs.
  • •Strong ability to moderating discovery workshops, developing value-driven narratives and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders in English (and local language if needed).
  • •Ability to connect knowledge of Power Platform, integration patterns and delivery aspects with how deals are qualified, scoped and handed over to delivery.
  • •Proactive, curious, team-oriented and capable of influencing without formal authority; translating new D365 and Copilot features into tangible customer value.
