Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day execution and delivery of training programs for warehousing and materials operations, providing floor-level insights to inform broader strategy.
  • •Ensure supply chain training infrastructure, qualification standards, delivery methods, and content align with production training best practices.
  • •Create and standardize onboarding from scratch for Materials Handlers, Inventory Control, and Materials Flow Specialists, scaling across operating sites.
  • •Manage and deliver systems training for Oracle, Forge WMS, and Autotime, while supporting transition away from legacy systems (Odoo, PackageX).
  • •Lead and coach two training specialists, measure training effectiveness using operational metrics, and continuously improve programs while partnering with cross-functional leaders.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Program Management.
  • •Experience working within or directly supporting supply chain, warehouse, or materials management in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
  • •Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with operational leaders and translate business needs into training solutions.
  • •Experience leading and managing direct reports; this role has 2 direct reports.
  • •Demonstrated experience executing, standardizing, and scaling training/onboarding programs across multiple physical sites.
