Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in monitoring and evaluating employee job performance, including performance appraisals.
  • •Use management tools to track production and post charges, and enforce company policies for employee and customer conduct.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience in vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical, or body shop work (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Competent supervisory and excellent organizational skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • •Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • •Preferred: working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
