Build and enhance AI-powered solutions across a real estate agent platform and mortgage broker portal. Work with Product, Data, Design, and Engineering to develop ML models and AI-driven services end to end—from data preparation and feature engineering through training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Contribute production-grade, scalable systems using Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and FastAPI in a collaborative, hybrid setup centered in Dubai or Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and enhance AI-powered solutions across the real estate agent platform and mortgage broker portal.
•Contribute to the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models and AI-driven services.
•Own ML deliverables and follow engineering best practices to build scalable, reliable, maintainable production systems.
•Drive ML development best practices across data preparation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
•Collaborate with Product, Data, Design, and Engineering to translate business requirements into measurable AI impact.

Key Requirements

•Strong technical background in Python and machine learning, with a passion for building intelligent products.
•Experience developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks.
•Strong knowledge of data processing, model lifecycle management, APIs, CI/CD, and production-grade engineering practices.
•Experience working with structured and unstructured data, feature engineering, model evaluation, experimentation, and performance optimization.
•Familiarity with MLOps practices and model monitoring is highly desirable.
