Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all Crypto-related engineering for spot and derivatives exchanges licensed in the US and Bahamas.
  • •Architect, spec, and build the perpetual futures exchange, including matching engine, risk/liquidation, APIs, and related exchange components.
  • •Implement backend services and web applications for mission-critical trading at scale.
  • •Maintain high software quality with test coverage, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot incidents/bugs.
  • •Support timely engineering projects as needed, including possible on-call duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building a CLOB exchange, HFT, market-making, high-performance matching engines, margin/liquidation engines, or other low-latency fault-tolerant financial systems.
  • •Experience building crypto systems.
  • •At least a BSc/MSc (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of backend software development.
  • •Hands-on experience with modern programming languages (Golang preferred), plus SQL/relational databases and Bash/Linux/Docker (Kubernetes a plus).
