Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, enabling workforce capability and a high-quality employee experience.
  • •Coordinate, develop, and implement HR solutions to address regional workforce challenges.
  • •Use HR expertise to shape strategic and operational advice aligned with business needs.
  • •Develop and sustain relationships across the business to identify people management development opportunities and support succession planning.
  • •Lead best practice across the end-to-end employee life cycle, including policy development, reward/recognition, retention strategies, and resolving performance and employee relations matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in an equivalent HR Business Partner or generalist role.
  • •Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreement workings, plus HR best practices.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting leaders with employee relations and performance matters, with knowledge of the external regulatory environment.
  • •Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communication skills.
