Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor while monitoring engagement and assisting with community management.
  • •Support content creation by writing captions, articles, and scripts; assist with video and photo production including storyboarding and on-site shoots.
  • •Compile weekly and monthly performance reports using Hootsuite and native platform insights to optimize storytelling and strategy.
  • •Help deliver timely and accurate communications during emergency outages and service disruptions, including monitoring customer sentiment.
  • •Support intake and execution of communications requests and help update media contact and community stakeholder lists.

Key Requirements

  • •Rising junior or senior student at an accredited university/college.
  • •Undergraduate major in journalism, public relations, communications, or a related field with strong writing and organizational skills.
  • •Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • •Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Intermediate skill level with Adobe Suite (including Photoshop), plus a photography/videography/editing background.
