  • •Drive modeling and analysis of new SoC architectures and features for next-generation mobile products.
  • •Build and develop complex SoC performance models (CPU, GPU, ISP, NPU), especially for smartphone and mobile platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field plus two years’ related experience in CPU, GPU, accelerator, and memory systems microarchitecture.
  • •Experience with architectural modeling and performance analysis using analytical models or cycle-accurate simulators.
  • •Software development ability to code in C, C++, Python (or similar programming languages).
  • •Experience integrating internal/external IP models on a full system-level framework.
  • •Arm architecture and memory subsystem design experience, including caches, interconnects, and memory controllers.
