Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales targets using ALO’s Flow initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • •Provide a friendly greet, proactively engage customers, and resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Process customer transactions and returns according to policy and procedures.
  • •Support store execution including shipment processing and replenishment on the sales floor.
  • •Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed per company Policy & Procedures and help keep the store clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

  • •Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
