Job Summary

Fieldguide is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales of our vertical AI platform in audit and advisory. You’ll prospect, qualify, and close new mid-market accounts in the U.S., collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging MEDDICC methodology to maximize revenue. This remote role reports to the Senior Sales Manager, with a preference for Salt Lake City, Utah.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a targeted account list of key mid-market accounts, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
•Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.
•Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers by providing thought leadership, understanding their business needs, and aligning Fieldguide’s solutions accordingly.
•Develop and implement sales strategies aligned to goals and targets by leveraging the MEDDICC sales methodology.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure customer needs and expectations are met throughout the sales process.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Account Executive experience with net-new logos and a proven quota‑bearing track record selling complex software to mid‑market accounts.
•Experience selling directly to audit, advisory, or assurance firms is highly preferred.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive large, complex deals.
•Ability to engage deeply across executives, practitioners, and technical teams to influence stakeholders.
•Experience managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to close.
