Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day HR support for operations employees at the Sutton facility and partner with the HR Manager to execute long-term plant plans.
  • •Execute HR functions including employee relations, communications, benefits, and training and development.
  • •Administer HR transactions with accurate reporting of key metrics and manage monthly payroll.
  • •Manage recruitment for permanent and temporary roles from sourcing through onboarding.
  • •Support managers with first-level disciplinary, grievance, attendance management reviews, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification.
  • •Previous HR function experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of complex employee relations cases and appropriate resolutions.
  • •Working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • •Competent with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
