Job Summary

Lead Fasset’s operations and growth in Indonesia as the in-market face of the company. Own P&L, growth targets, and market strategy; build relationships with partners, merchants, and financial institutions; and drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. •Own Fasset’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Indonesia.
•Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.

•Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Indonesia.
•Recruit, manage, and develop a local team, and provide market intelligence and localization recommendations to HQ.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a country/market lead role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
•Deep network and understanding of the Indonesia financial, tech, or startup ecosystem.
•Track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in local Indonesian language(s) strongly preferred.
