Job Summary

Lead a shift-based team of Automation Engineers, Reliability Engineers, and Junior Engineers to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime in a UK food manufacturing/distribution environment. Drive maintenance procedures, continuous improvement, and route-cause analysis, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with vendors for spares and upgrades.
