Mental Health Therapist

Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of adults with severe mental illness in an onsite clinic. Deliver continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, occasionally including virtual care. Work within an integrated, wrap-around model alongside psychiatry, primary care, and behavioral health teams, while applying evidence-based interventions. Support clinicians through consultation and assist with program development to advance coordinated care for complex patients.
