Job Summary

Legal Counsel with 4-7 years of experience in-house or at a law firm, fluent in Arabic and English, will draft, review, and negotiate real estate and commercial agreements across the GCC, support property acquisitions and leases, and identify and mitigate legal risks to support KitchenPark’s GCC expansion.

Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial real estate agreements across the GCC, including property acquisition agreements, lease agreements (as landlord and tenant), investment agreements relating to real estate assets, and other real estate-related documentation.
•Provide legal support to the real estate team on property acquisitions, leasing arrangements, and real estate investment and development projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
•Review and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including amendments, addenda, side letters, memoranda of understanding, and other ancillary documentation related to real estate transactions.
•Support the negotiation of commercial lease terms, including advising on risk allocation, termination rights, renewal provisions, exclusivity arrangements, and other key commercial and legal terms.
•Identify legal risks arising from real estate and commercial transactions and develop practical strategies to mitigate such risks while supporting business objectives.

Key Requirements

•A law degree from a recognized institution.
•4-7 years of relevant work experience in-house or at a reputable law firm.
•Fluent in Arabic and English; strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
