Job Summary

Help shape next-generation aircraft design by creating and implementing processes, methods, and tools for the Design Process and Definition Dossier. Improve and maintain PM&T capabilities using the 3DExperience PLM platform and current engineering toolsets (e.g., CATIA and design verification tools). Own design data sets, configuration, and data management within the design authoring perimeter while partnering across engineering and Digital/IT teams to deliver efficient detailed design and integration.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and implement new processes, methods, and tools for the Design Process and Definition Dossier of NextGen Aircraft using the 3DExperience platform.
•Improve and maintain PM&T tools (including CATIA, Full 3D, Holes and Fasteners, and Q Checker) to support detailed design and integration.
•Identify airframe design sizing and tool capability needs to support design platform product strategy and roadmap.
•Own the effectiveness of design data sets, configuration, and data management within the design authoring perimeter.
•Act as a technical M&T specialist bridging Engineering, Digital/IT teams, and domains such as Stress Analysis and Materials & Processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a closely related technical discipline.
•Familiarity with engineering process methods and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
•Academic or practical exposure to advanced design applications (e.g., tolerancing, master geometry, linear/non-linear models, thermal, optimization, or kinematics).
•Experience working with CATIA V5 and CAD 3D modelling or similar.
•Ability to work as a technical M&T specialist bridging engineering, Digital/IT, and other domains.
