Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and administer legal documents including NDAs, customer and supplier agreements, manufacturing and services agreements, and employment and corporate documentation.
  • •Provide support to the legal team with practical legal advice across commercial, corporate, compliance, employment, intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory matters.
  • •Assist with developing and maintaining legal and compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and governance processes.
  • •Support contract lifecycle management, including administration, document management, obligations tracking, and maintaining templates and precedents.
  • •Contribute to legal technology initiatives such as document automation, AI-enabled workflows, and digital transformation projects, and assist with legal input for tenders, due diligence, investigations, and regulator engagement as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Final year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) student or holder of a completed Bachelor of Laws degree.
  • •Previous experience in a legal support, paralegal, legal operations, or similar role is desirable, ideally in-house or at a law firm serving corporate/technology/defence/regulated clients.
  • •Strong interest in commercial law, corporate governance, compliance, technology, and legal operations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyse legal issues, conduct research, and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • •Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
