Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand problem statements and agree engagement scope within the financial crime domain.
  • •Interview product owners to capture as-is processes and develop customer-driven to-be process models.
  • •Document process models, identify opportunities for improvement, and support business case development with statistical analysis.
  • •Research and recommend best-in-class industry processes to enable digitization and simplify customer journeys, including digital strategy planning.
  • •Work with Product Owners and development teams to deliver process improvements and write user stories and acceptance criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Bring strong retail financial services advisory experience, ideally including change management/regulatory projects (10+ years preferred).
  • •Demonstrate experience across an end-to-end Financial Crime implementation program, including operating model, governance, process, and technology delivery.
  • •Understand AML & Fraud subject matter and be able to map business requirements into process improvements.
  • •Conduct requirements workshops and drive decision-making, communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders in Agile and waterfall SDLC environments.
  • •Hold a 2.1 or higher in a related discipline; a Masters is a plus.
