Key Responsibilities

  • •Expand rule-based and AI/ML verification pipelines (OCR, biometrics, API integrations) to auto-resolve high-volume applications safely and accurately.
  • •Transform manual review workflows, queues, and dashboard UX to speed up review times and reduce human error.
  • •Convert frontline operational pain points into product features and drive a unified strategic roadmap.
  • •Own verification unit economics, reducing cost-per-verification while protecting accuracy and completion rates.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Data Science, Security, Operations, and business leadership, while managing regulatory and technical risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 70,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of core product management experience in high-volume platforms (ride-hailing, marketplaces, FinTech), focused on back-office/internal operations tools.
  • •Hands-on experience with human-in-the-loop products (routing, queues, moderation) with a track record of improving cost-per-task and turnaround times.
  • •Strong operational UX focus, including auditing tool layouts to maximize operator speed and minimize human error.
  • •Technical fluency in microservices, backend integrations, and data pipelines.
  • •Self-sufficient in analytics and experimentation, balancing conversion metrics with risk and fraud guardrails; strong stakeholder management across 5+ teams.
