Job Summary

Drive localized marketing strategies and end-to-end campaigns that fuel growth for key partners and clients in Qatar. Own client partnership planning, execution of integrated programs with media/creative/digital agencies, and full-funnel lifecycle marketing for payment products. Localize assets and build partner ecosystems across merchants, digital platforms, and entertainment brands, while coordinating stakeholders across Product and Legal to deliver projects, manage budgets, and track performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Build joint annual roadmaps with clients that align client business goals with growth priorities.
•Lead end-to-end management and execution of marketing campaigns and programs with key partners, working with media, creative, and digital agencies.
•Manage payment product portfolio lifecycle using a brand manager mindset, designing full-funnel campaigns to drive consumer habits.
•Localize regional/global marketing assets and develop partner ecosystems with local merchants, digital platforms, and entertainment brands.
•Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product and Legal to deliver projects, manage budgets, and track campaign metrics.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or account management within financial services, fintech, retail banking, payment networks, telecoms, FMCG, or marketing agencies serving financial clients.
•Ability to work independently and own deliverables, using strong commercial and business acumen to deliver end-to-end campaigns.
•Hands-on expertise in optimization, performance marketing, automation tools, and portfolio marketing across acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle execution.
•Proven project and stakeholder management experience, including managing agency outputs and building collaborative relationships across stakeholders.
•Fluent in English and Arabic with deep familiarity with the Qatar consumer landscape, local banking ecosystem, and regional media trends.
