Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile teams to deliver features from discovery to rollout.
•Own features end-to-end, including technical design, implementation, testing, and rollout through observability.
•Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable Ruby/Elixir services.
•Work with a polyglot stack (Ruby, Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC) and modern messaging systems (Kafka).
•Operate in a Kubernetes-driven environment while helping drive the move toward microservice architecture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 25,000 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•~2+ years of experience in product engineering, developer tools, or infrastructure at scale.
•Experience building and maintaining globally distributed systems.
•Knowledge of event-driven architectures, including Kafka.
•Familiarity with languages such as Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript.
•Ability to build and interact with AI agents and integrate them into your workflow while meeting architecture and security standards.
