Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and cultivate deep business relationships with leading producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
  • •Develop and deliver a growth strategy to scale Fever’s presence in the region.
  • •Manage commercial strategy with large partners to ensure value creation and sustainable strategic partnerships with event organisers.
  • •Organize and balance a large base of clients while continuously growing the portfolio.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across the UK and internationally.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4+ years of top-tier consulting experience (or equivalent) with ideally an additional 4+ years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, sport, music, or arts.
  • •Strong business development and partnership management skills.
  • •Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment.
  • •Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, plus comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM preferred).
