Job Summary

Support Edenred’s Global Learning & Development team by helping roll out the 2026 L&D roadmap, improving the digital learning experience, and managing day-to-day LMS activities. Contribute to learning content deployment (videos and e-learning modules), support talent and development programs end-to-end, and assist with HR community engagement through meetings and internal communications. Work in a multicultural environment and help deliver a smooth, high-quality learning experience for employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide project management support for the roll-out of the 2026 L&D roadmap and monitoring ad-hoc projects.
•Contribute to continuous improvement of the digital learning platform and support LMS administration (user management, usage analysis, reporting, performance tracking).
•Create and/or operationally deploy learning content such as videos, e-learning modules, and guidelines.
•Support end-to-end execution of talent and development programs, including campaigns, communications, logistics, and workshop preparation.
•Help organize HR community meetings at global level and support learning culture initiatives via internal communications and newsletters.

Key Requirements

•Bac+5 degree in Human Resources or Business School, or a master’s in digital learning; an internship agreement is required.
•Comfort working on projects in an international, multicultural environment.
•Previous experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development is a plus.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, motivated team player, and comfortable interacting across levels of hierarchy.
•Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
